Targeted massage
This is my second time getting a massage from Deborah. I cannot recommend her enough! I really struggle with negative emotional crashes after having massages done previously and was worried about this happening again. Deborah really listened to my concerns both emotional and physical and tried to come up with the best plan to meet all my needs. After my first massage I felt rejuvenated and had so much energy with no negative feelings. I had no pinches or aches or pains in my body for a full month after my massage which is something I have never had the luxury of experiencing since injuring my back 6 years ago. My second massage was to the exact same standard as my first and Deborah is such a lovely, comforting person to have do your massage. She makes sure you feel comfortable and not in any pain throughout and always gives after care instructions once the massage is over. At no point did I feel rushed and I loved every second. Highly, highly recommend and cannot wait until next month for my next one.

Holistic massage therapy aims to promote wellbeing in the whole person - taking into account the individual's physical, mental and emotional wellbeing needs.
Holistic massage incorporates a variety of massage principles including Swedish massage, sports massage and deep tissue massage techniques.
Holistic massage focuses on the interconnectedness of one's mind, body and spirit. It aims to treat more than just physical aches and pains but to address the underlying causes of tension and stress.

Meditation:
Bespoke, 1-1 and small group meditation sessions by appointment.
Your sessions will be tailored made to your specific needs following a full consultation.
Meditation sessions can be 30 or 45 minutes in duration.

1-1 sessions incorporating dowsing, crystal healing and meditation.

Meditation, mindfulness and connection in beautiful West Sussex woodland.
Forest Bathing sessions in beautiful woodland near Goodwood, West Sussex. Sessions typically include mindful walking, meditation practice, intention setting, connecting and communing with nature. Refreshments are included and provide an opportunity to come together as a group and connect with like minded souls. Some sessions include a craft element.
Forest Bathing sessions celebrate the turning of the seasons and link in with the eight Pagan festivals, or Sabbats, known collectively as the Wheel of the Year.
