Initial appointments include a full consultation to help inform your treatment plan. 

 

 

Holistic Massage

Holistic massage therapy aims to promote wellbeing in the whole person - taking into account the individual's physical, mental and emotional wellbeing needs. 

Holistic massage incorporates a variety of massage principles including Swedish massage,  sports massage and deep tissue massage techniques. 

Holistic massage focuses on the interconnectedness of one's mind, body and spirit. It aims to treat more than just physical aches and pains but to address the underlying causes of tension and stress. 

Meditation and Chakra balancing. 
 

Meditation:

Bespoke, 1-1 and small group meditation sessions by appointment. 

Your sessions will be tailored made to your specific needs following a full consultation. 

Meditation sessions can be 30 or 45 minutes in duration.

Chakra balancing:

 1-1 sessions incorporating dowsing, crystal healing and meditation. 

 

Group Wellness

Corporate wellbeing:

Enhance employee wellness and connection with bespoke corporate sessions tailored to your workplace. Pop up massage and group meditation by appointment. 

 

Celebratory wellbeing:

Create unique and unforgettable experiences with massage and meditation, to enhance pivotal and transformative moments including weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and reunions. 

 

Nature Based Wellbeing:

Get outside and reconnect with nature. Small group sessions (max ten people) including:

Forest bathing and mindfulness in the beautiful woodland of the South Downs National Park.

Mindful walks.

 Meditation and mindfulness at the beach.
